FMA AeC.1, AeC.2/3 и AeMO.1
<...>

The AeC.2 No.002 seen at Cordoba on 24th May 1933. Apart from the lack of spats and its wood propeller with spinner it looks very similar to the prototype.

Intended to be a trainer, the wider cockpit openings and windscreens of AeC.2 No.002 are apparent with a head fairing behind the rear cockpit. The 002 in the designation can be seen on the rudder.

The multi-streak paintwork is evident in this rear view of the AeC. 2 prototype which also shows the narrow cockpit fairings and the angular shape of the elevators.

Head-on, the AeC.2 shows increased wing dihedral and main undercarriage legs aligned with narrow centre section. The exhaust manifold is on the front of the engine but this time there is no Townend ring.

Head-on view of the AeC.2 trainer. Compared with the AeC.1 the increased dihedral and different position of the engine cylinders are noticeable, but the undercarriage is of the same type.

This AeMO.1 is identified on the new parallel-chord rudder as No.002. With the exception of the undercarriage all structural features showed differences from its predecessors and the 7-cyl Whirlwind was the uncowled 240 hp R-760-E model.

This AeMO.1 is equipped for air fighting with a hand-operated machine gun in the rear cockpit. It appears to have been fitted with bomb racks under the wing centre-section.
